INDUCTION

A new employee or subcontractor is joining the company. When you meet, the first thing you present the new person with is the company’s induction material, which you then look through together. 

You could have saved a lot of time if you had sent some or all of the material to the employee beforehand by email, allowing them to read through it before their first day using a mobile device or computer.  

Create an induction programme

In the Toyme service, you can create an induction programme and attach the induction material to it. The person receiving the induction will be sent a link to the material by email.

Carrying out the induction

The person receiving the induction will be able to access the induction material by clicking on the link in the email. Via the link, they will also access a form which they will fill in to confirm that they have read the material. The form may include questions relating to the induction material.
